UP LIMO Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through https://up.limo and governs cancellations, changes, no-shows, and refunds for all transportation services provided by UP LIMO.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within the following timeframes to avoid charges:

Cancellations made after these timeframes may be subject to full charge.

2. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups:

If a passenger fails to meet the driver within the allotted waiting time, the ride will be considered a No-Show.

3. No-Show Policy

A No-Show occurs when:

No-shows will be charged the full fare of the reservation.

4. Waiting Time

Waiting time is calculated as follows:

Additional waiting time will be billed accordingly.

5. Changes to Reservations

Changes to reservations (time, location, vehicle type) must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and potential price adjustments.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when cancellations meet the required timeframes. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

UP LIMO is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By booking a reservation, you agree to this Cancellation Policy. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid charge (chargeback) without proper justification will be considered a violation of these Terms.
